We may collect limited technical information when you use the App, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and dates and times of app access. This information is used to operate, maintain, improve, and analyze the performance of X-Vein/X-Vein Pro.

X-Vein/X-Vein Pro does not collect or store personal health information on our servers. Vein detection and training-related processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

X-Vein/X-Vein Pro may use third-party services, such as Google Analytics or similar analytics providers, to help us understand app usage and improve the App. These providers may collect device and usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. Data Retention

X-Vein/X-Vein Pro does not store vein detection or training images on our servers. Any such data is processed locally on your device and remains under your control unless your device or platform services store it separately.

Technical and analytics-related data collected through third-party services may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and app improvement purposes, or as required by law, and may be subject to the retention policies of those third-party providers.

4. Data Deletion

Because vein detection and training-related data is processed locally on your device, you can delete such data by uninstalling X-Vein/X-Vein Pro or clearing the App’s local data through your device settings, where applicable.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information we control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
